We had our floor drain back up on a Saturday and called DC Annis. They had great customer service and were very transparent. We had a terrible experience the night before with a different company, which left our laundry room flooded. The DC Annis tech, Evan, was a breath of fresh air. He was meticulous and professional throughout the service call. Evan listened to us regarding what works best for our situation (unlike the tech from the other company, who did not listen to us, and caused a bigger problem). We were understandably very upset with the botched service the night before, but Evan left us with clean drains and an overall positive experience. Both companies were contracted through Home Service Plus.

Matt did a great job in removing tree roots from my clogged main drain. He arrived promptly. Removed the problem roots, tested the drain to ensure that it was flowing perfectly, cleaned the area and explained exactly what he had done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend DC Annis to anyone with a plumbing problem. Matt did a superb job!

THESE GUYS ARE TERRIFIC!! Josh & Luke (Jr?) were here to unclog a drain. But, while they were here...other issues came up. They not only figured out the source of the other problems...but fixed them on the spot.  I totally recommend these guys...plus they were really nice.
